Performance Principle

1.The pomegranate enters into the crushing device from the hopper, crush the pomegranate into several parts by the extrusion of the crush roller and the roller blade.

2.the material of the upper crusher device and crush roller are made of stainless steel, the gap between the two rollers are adjustable from 20-30mm.

3.then move on to the next crushing device, for second crushing,

Crushing roller is non-toxic and highly elastic rubber manufacturing, Pomegranate seed damage is small, two-roll gap adjustable 10-20mm;

4.after two-stage crushing, basic pomegranate skin and seeds isolated, falling into frequency conversion speed regulation setted separation device (the separation shaft with the the trommel composition), in the separation of the rotation of the shaft and separating means, pomegranate seeds and part juice leaking from the sieve, from discharge port into next process (screw pump transported to the juicer or other); pomegranate rind discharged from the rear of the device.
